WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
lilybod offers a full refund or exchange on all our products.

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, then you may return your order for a full refund or exchange providing the following requirements are met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
For all returns please contact orders@lilybod.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorizations (RA) number for you.

Once the returned item is received, a replacement item (if exchanged) will be sent - or we will issue a full refund (excluding original cost of shipping if applicable).

ARE RETURNS FREE? 
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to lilybod for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY? 
If you receive a damaged item/s, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at orders@lilybod.com so we can personally and quickly assist you.

We offer a full refund (including all shipping costs) unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
